Good afternoon<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

I had another training day with my senpais!<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

For our lesson with senpai Shimada-san,
\nwe practiced talking in a loud voice over and over<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

“Ma-o-u”<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

was the word, and I practiced saying that word as loud as I could over and over.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

The “Ma” part was pretty easy to say in a loud voice<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

but with the 3 of us saying “Ma-o-u Ma-o-u” over and over…
\nit gave the room such a weird atmosphere<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

But I guess that’s a common thing in speech ^^<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

My maximum volume is still pretty low,
\nbut when I hear Shimada-san’s loudest voice,
\nI can really see how one’s voice can be a powerful weapon.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

For example, if you’re calling for help in an accident or emergency
\nor for girls, when you’re out walking at night and someone approaches you<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

With that kind of voice I’m sure you would get noticed
\n… is what was going through my mind as I listened to my senpai’s voice<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

So I’m going to train hard to get a louder voice!!<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Also, speaking uses up a lot of energy
\nso I gotta make sure I get proper nutrition<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Today, I brought my favorite pumpkin with lotus root and beans
\nsprinkled with sesame seeds<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Although I ate more than just this… ^^<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Lunch time is an important time to recharge your energy<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

After that, I went into my afternoon training
\nAnd after that I wrote in my training diary<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

I summarized all of the things I learned throughout the day.
\nI learned a lot of new things today.<\/p>\n
