{"id":19606,"date":"2011-05-24T19:55:06","date_gmt":"2011-05-25T03:55:06","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/hyakupa.net\/wordpress\/?p=19606"},"modified":"2011-05-24T19:55:06","modified_gmt":"2011-05-25T03:55:06","slug":"outdoor-training-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/nantonaku.mittsi.net\/?p=19606","title":{"rendered":"Outdoor training 2"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>For our first outdoor training session&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>After having lunch, in the afternoon,<br \/>\nwe headed to the Shimoyoshida Station Blue Train  Terrace<\/p>\n<p>We got to the Shimoyoshida station via the Fuji express line<\/p>\n<p>At this station, old rail cars and passenger bed cars of the Fuji line<br \/>\nare on display to the public<\/p>\n<p>Just like in those days, an original engine is used to supply power to the building&#8230;<br \/>\nit gives the station a genuine feel and smell of those times.<\/p>\n<p>On the side, there are silly cherry blossoms blooming,<br \/>\nand when the wind blows, the pedals flutter around everywhere&#8230;<br \/>\nit gives the station a very heartwarming feeling<\/p>\n<p>Continuing on&#8230;<br \/>\nWe went to Yamanakako<\/p>\n<p>Here we got on a bus called the &#8220;Yamanakako no kaba&#8221;<br \/>\nAnd as the name implies&#8230; there is a picture of a hippo drawn on the bus<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" src=\"http:\/\/hyakupa.net\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/05\/84281e5e3728a8f8d1d8f85895895442.jpg\" alt=\"\" title=\"F1060838.JPG\" width=\"269\" height=\"480\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-19607\" \/><\/p>\n<p>This kind of &#8220;big impact!&#8221; bus<br \/>\ncame out of an opening in the trees<br \/>\nand soon ended up right in front of the lake&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>and then just like that&#8230;<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" src=\"http:\/\/hyakupa.net\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/05\/e39505ef839c38f61139ae78da3f7615.jpg\" alt=\"\" title=\"F1060840.JPG\" width=\"269\" height=\"480\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-19608\" \/><\/p>\n<p>went straight into the lake!!<\/p>\n<p>This bus was actually&#8230;  amphibious!<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" src=\"http:\/\/hyakupa.net\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/05\/30637ce29549ac951061fd211d43c3b0.jpg\" alt=\"\" title=\"F1060842.JPG\" width=\"269\" height=\"480\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-19609\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Up til now the bus that was just traveling along the land<br \/>\njust casually slipped into the lake.<\/p>\n<p>The moment the bus went into the lake<br \/>\nwas so intense, everyone shouted in joy.<\/p>\n<p>When the bus returned back to land,<br \/>\nit was our turn to ride!<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" src=\"http:\/\/hyakupa.net\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/05\/bcb74281f42b1d3a4c6790fa159876ba.jpg\" alt=\"\" title=\"F1060847.JPG\" width=\"269\" height=\"480\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-19610\" \/><\/p>\n<p>The inside looked like this ^^<\/p>\n<p>The seat covers also had hippo prints.<br \/>\nA very grand display.<\/p>\n<p>We also had a bus guide.<\/p>\n<p>The ceiling and windows were covered with a transparent vinyl cover<br \/>\nbut even so, it still felt very open.<\/p>\n<p>The windows had these zippers<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" src=\"http:\/\/hyakupa.net\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/05\/9910489e4ff310896dce21303a8e7fda.jpg\" alt=\"\" title=\"F1060848.JPG\" width=\"269\" height=\"480\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-19611\" \/><\/p>\n<p>So many things I saw for the first time ^^<\/p>\n<p>At first we were on land<br \/>\nand it was just a drive through the woods<\/p>\n<p>From the window you could see &#8220;Houtou&#8221;, &#8220;100% hand made soba&#8221;<br \/>\n&#8220;Ice cream&#8221; signs&#8230; even though I just ate, they still got my attention ^^<\/p>\n<p>There was a cafe with hammocks<br \/>\nand some mini BBQ area as well.<\/p>\n<p>And then to the famous site in Fuji<br \/>\nInto&#8230; Yamanakako ^^<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" src=\"http:\/\/hyakupa.net\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/05\/cfa83ab5876fb5b464805d6e554dd0d4.jpg\" alt=\"\" title=\"F1060851.JPG\" width=\"269\" height=\"480\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-19612\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Sorry I don&#8217;t have a proper camera lens&#8230; ><\nBut here is a view of the scenery from the window\n\nGoing into the water was so intense though!\n\nIt felt just like a ride in an amusement park.\n\nOn the shore of the lake, there were a ton of daffodils.\n\n<img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" src=\"http:\/\/hyakupa.net\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/05\/675ad3898b5fd8cba67373266062b385.jpg\" alt=\"\" title=\"F1060854.JPG\" width=\"269\" height=\"480\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-19613\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Being able to enjoy the trees, flowers, lake and nature of Fuji,<br \/>\nwith a few thrilling attractions,<br \/>\nand so many delicious local delicacies&#8230; ^^<\/p>\n<p>Although part of it was training, I still enjoyed it<br \/>\nit was a very fulfilling day.<\/p>\n<p>But it wasn&#8217;t just all about having fun,<br \/>\nI hope to make use of all the things I learned and experienced today!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>For our first outdoor training session&#8230;
