Nakano… it was super\u30fc\u30fc\u30fc hot huh\"\u3042\u305b\u308b\"\"\u3042\u305b\u308b\"\"\u3042\u305b\u308b\"<\/p>\n

The sweat\u30fc…it was bad\uff01<\/p>\n

When we were dancing of course\uff01<\/p>\n

Even just on stage sitting in the cheer seat it was hottt\"\u30cb\u30b3\u30cb\u30b3\"<\/p>\n

I thought everyone’s sweating for sure\"\u30a2\u30c3\u30d7\"<\/p>\n

We gotta keep plenty hydrated and not get summer heat fatigue huh\u30fc\"[\u307f\u3093\u306a:04]\"\"[\u307f\u3093\u306a:05]\"\"[\u307f\u3093\u306a:06]\"<\/p>\n

Today’s Sayumi…

Today we had three performances and,<\/p>\n

for the first and second, I had a side ponytail\"\u30c9\u30ad\u30c9\u30ad\"<\/p>\n

Just for the third show, I had it straight and down \"\u30e9\u30d6\u30e9\u30d6\"\"\u30e9\u30d6\u30e9\u30d6\"\"\u30e9\u30d6\u30e9\u30d6\"<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

For the first and second shows I had a pony tail so,
\nI ended up using quite a bit of hair spray,<\/p>\n

when I went for the straight down hair,<\/p>\n

The spray got hard\uff1f and ended up making my hair white\"\u3057\u3087\u307c\u3093\"\"\u3057\u3087\u307c\u3093\"\"\u3057\u3087\u307c\u3093\"<\/p>\n

It was a warning about using too much spray huh\"\u3072\u3089\u3081\u304d\u96fb\u7403\"\"\u306b\u3072\u3072\"<\/p>\n

I was super\uff5e\uff5e\uff5e nervous but you know\"[\u307f\u3093\u306a:08]\"<\/p>\n

Seeing the people in Michishige Tshirts<\/p>\n
