\nAt my job for the shift organization, every week we each get times we can work and write times we hope to get off for submissions but,
\nthere always end up being overlap between people who want days off, and spaces where shifts are blank cause no one can do it.
\nAnd at times like that, when I get told “Can you not come in?” and it’s a day I hope to have time off, no one can come on so can you?\u2026 it’s a little impossibly but I end up coming in.
\nWhen the shift is empty every time it seems like this becomes the answer, with school being my core focus it’s ends up being a bit of a hinderance a lot of the time.<\/p>\n

For sure it’s impossible, if you say that without saying anything unnecessary, if you can’t be totally consistent, you’re cornering yourself.
