Why does it not go by Tokyo Tower with Tower in Kanji?<\/p>\n

Rather, since its Tokyo wouldn’t it be more Japanese to use the Kanji?<\/p>\n

And, why,
\nIs it not Eiffel Tower with Tower in Katakana?<\/p>\n

Rather, since its France wouldn’t it be more French to use Katakana?<\/p>\n

With Tokyo-Tou, would it be because “To” appearing twice would be repititous?<\/p>\n

Would it be because… When you read it as Kanji like that, where you readi t up or now it’s Tou-Kyou-Tou?<\/p>\n
