The other day, during ＰＶ shoots,
Reina had given me☆Salt cookiesss ＼(^ー^)／

Well Reina was entursted it with it from the chiropractor doctor so,
Offically I got it from the chiropractor doctor though(^。^;)

When Sayumi gets worn out, my legs often get cramped but,
for my leg cramps,
it’s cause when you don’t have enough salt you can easily get cramps I’m told(>_<)

So, with concerts and stuff, could it be my sweating？
Sweat is salt water？ So, I don’t have enough salt in my system and I easily get leg cramps it seems (;_;)

On that day too, at the ＰＶ shoot, there was dance scenes too so,
I hope I don’t get leg cramps………so to take in some salt,
I ate the salt cookies and I did my best (≧∇≦)★★★～

Thanks to those I didn’t get a leg cramp and got through the dance scenes without problems！

Mooornーin’

I just noticed it’s been a week since Sayumi’s birthday
And really soon we’ll be traveling to Hawaiiiii

Yesterday, I were preparing for Hawaii…

I have soーo much luggage though…(-.-)

Why is that～？

I’m confident souveniors won’t fit in

But for real！ Up until now, we went to Hawaii a couple of times but…
I didn’t have this much luggage though………∵

I don’t know why

It’s just the work of overseas magic, it might be that I can’t tell what I need and what I don’t～～～（lol）

For now！
I’m still in Japan！！
I’m getting hyper fast！（lol）

Birthday presents from my younger relatives in my hometown Yamaguchi arrived (≧∇≦)
Bunny-chan stickers and bathing powders, and letters
They worked so hard for me, I’m happy！

And I also got presents from my mom’s acquaintances too(o^∀^o)

body shampoo and body lotion, pouch, socks, a compress, and I didn’t take a picture of them but I got lots of other stuff too!(b^ー°)

This is the other day, for “Minna no (tl: Everyone’s) ３Ｄ” broadcasted on BS-TBS (*^o^*)

Gakisan and I had gone to Shin Enoshima Aquarium on location and…

At the Enoshima aquarium,
we were touching a shark
that was there～.
