The other day I put up before、after pictures bbut,
There were questions so, I felt like I wanted to answer them！
27cosme Ginza’s Abs machine,
with just 20 minutes it does similar to 400 situps but, with that plus exercises, what are you doing？
Questions like that
First off, I don’t have lot sof time, I’m like that a lot so this
in just 20 minutes, being effective makes me happy!!
(I’m impatient you know) lol
and that machine justn’t just abs,
it does pelvis correction ＆ upper arms PUyoPUyo soft spots ＆ back and lower back
in those 20 minutes,
it can put thoes in order so, it’s the best you know.
And then
I go to the gym too！！
But just with the gym when I have work I can’t go and stuff, it ends up that way so,
I’ve come to think about what I can do in my regular life,
For example
✩Use the stairs
✩Place I’m heading to, walking from one or two stations away
✩When taking a trip to the pool, it’s mostly exercising
Noticing the little things like that,
even if it’s just a littleー bit at a time, I made the changes
But, the dietary restrictions gets KicchiKichi tight too,
it’s tough, and builds stress too,
my power ends up falling so
I keep in mind to make it fun✩
If there are any questions again
I feel like I want to answer what I can✩

The happiness I wrote about yesterday was, it starts from my 「Diyaー」♡
The crossed eyes, did I get perfect？♡
Lately, my condition has been good (*´꒳`*)
Maybe it’s thanks to the curled ponytail〜？？
But doing a ponytail, the contours of my face turns out round so, I need to properly get rid of my cheek meat‼︎
And so lately, at night when I get hungry I drink carbonated water and get the feeling that I’m full☆
Putting multi-vitamins in the carbonated water, with flavoring it increases the ease of drinking it, I recommend it〜(*´꒳`*)！
The other day, in Harajuku there was a fantastic encounter！

As I was entering the shop it rammed the glass.
And so putting on my finger, I put it down on a place with some vegetation for it♡
it stayed on my finger docilely so, of course butterflies collect honey they say.
