The other day I was talking with my friend from middle school,
I looked back on various things about myself (*^^*)
Well yu know,
This is
it’s an example but,
saying thigns about people, I’d say thing with an eye only on the bad things
talking with people
Looking for the good parts of people
talking with gentle people,
My feelings are different too
it’s that I’m pulled in by the atmosphere of the people talking isn’t it？
And so,
for myself too
Being as happy as I can be, thinking positively
I felt I should be like this！.
No matter what, thinking negatively,
doing plays, I get PiriPiri tense,
I get high strung too but,
Positive
thinking positively,
I get a happy aura for myself
and the people around me too as a result
I think it’ll gather happy people you know (*^^*)
I want there to be people like that, once again
talking about it I felt that♡
When I felt like I should change myself,
From anywhere, even being pulled along and the like
If I can have strength in myself,
I can change as much as I want,
that’s it.(*^^*)

Today we had gone to Hokkaido
NHK Sapporo Broadcast Office 「Kagayake, Mirai no IkeBoSutaー！」

we got to participate in their IkeBoFestival ╰(*´︶`*)╯♡
Announcer Shizawa Daisuke,
Voice actor Nojima Kenji-san, Nomizu Iori,
Satou Masaki, Oda Sakura, Me・Iikubo Haruna,
We delivered all the IkeBo representative members who passed the preliminary screening！
It was a very fun event！
First off hearing the character’s IkeBo （Ikemen Voice）, my imaginations grew,
thinking about confession situations and scripts.
Cheery guy voices, eloquent voices, neutral voices, low Ｓ feeling voices…
Surrounded by the various propietors, everyone in the venue felt WaiWai excited.
This was my ２nd time participating but this time was very fun too〜〜(*´◒`*)
It felt like this is where I’ll use the delusion powers I’ve forged becaues of my usual manga♪
And Nojima Kenji-san, Nomizu Iori-san’s mini-LIVE was wonderful too〜〜╰(*´︶`*)╯♡
Nojima Kenji-san, also appears in the anime I like 「Yuーri!!! on ICE」 too…

Today
there was a break from practice so since the morning I’ve been clamouring about
moving around, I had a temporary relax point♡
I put Epsom salt in and took a bath
I really, sweatedーーー
and from 27cosme Ginza shop manager Miku-chan
I tried the massage for myself that she always does！！
Doing it all the time, it’ll be hard to get any fatterー
learning that I massaged my legs and upper arms,
went in the bath
and sweated, DeruDeru all out！！！
With this, the toxins come out, feeling that
feels great
Seems it’s effective atopically too！
For me my skin is weak so, hearing that makes me happy♡
It’s freshing！
