★ I’m currently doing a part-time job while being a college student.
At my job for the shift organization, every week we each get times we can work and write times we hope to get off for submissions but,
there always end up being overlap between people who want days off, and spaces where shifts are blank cause no one can do it.
And at times like that, when I get told “Can you not come in?” and it’s a day I hope to have time off, no one can come on so can you?… it’s a little impossibly but I end up coming in.
When the shift is empty every time it seems like this becomes the answer, with school being my core focus it’s ends up being a bit of a hinderance a lot of the time.

For sure it’s impossible, if you say that without saying anything unnecessary, if you can’t be totally consistent, you’re cornering yourself.
You’re short of people so… you could working a little too hard too.

If it were Gakisan, I’d say it’s totally impossible, can I refuse? Or maybe even though it’s impossible I could come in for a little bit?

You’ll end up working too hard you know
But working too hard overdoing it, I feel like you won’t last so, when it gets impossible you have to say so clearly you know！
Just that I’m doing my best but, that day is just not possibleー even saying that, they can understand it★
Without thinking about it too much don’t over do it kay
