But I’m glad I’m really progressing

Lately, hot or cold, every day it’s switching
Lessons were hot
I matched with the trainer
After rehearsals were finished Eripon said,
「Let’s do it togetherーー！」
What’s that～？ I asked
And for 1 minute we flapped about our legs, in place, like running… muscle training？
I tried to do it！
It was really tough!!!
It felt like we were doing it for 30 seconds
but when I asked, “how many seconds now？！” unbelievably
the “It’s been 10 secーonds,” response surprised me
My thighs and front calves were sore
(´▽σ｀)σ I felt can be training
But will this be effective？

Well 『One･Two･Three』
Matsuko･Deluxe-san chose the song,
for both of them we got to give the Full chorus too
Morning Musume。’s precious song,
It was my first time singing 「Morning Coffee」 this time,
there were parts I was anxious about too but, everyone’s practice piled together
I felt really glad we got to sing this song.
There’s things we reflect on too but, it was a song we faced with everyone！
Takebe Satoshi-san, thank you so much for the fantastic musical performance

And 『One･Two･Three』
We show the song off in lives and so, for today’s live broadcast I wanted it to be even better！ saying that
everyone was enthusiastic.

Today we appeared live on Skypa！ Ongaku Matsuri 2015！！
My first live performance with just a piano,
Morning Musume。’s major debut song,
we got to sing 『Morning Coffee』！
Today Suzuki Kanon-san couldn’t appear but, with the feeling of the １３ of us,
singing the Morning Coffee, the major song
that feeling that from here one we’re going off on a new start again, once again felt firm！！

On the internet I looked up all kinds of potato meals
Went shoppint at the super market

Potato soup, I made those

I wonder if it’s okay for me to say it was a triumpant cooking for me. ←It was an internet recipe
I added a little originality, I put in sweet corn
This soup cup, the year before last I got it as a present from Michishige Sayumi-san

It turned out yummy but…
I couldn’t help but take a picture.

Today was warm huh～
I went to all kinds of places in that PokaPoka warm Tokyo metro area
Today we took a field trip to special places…it was kinda like a social studies field trip
I ended up being in really high spiritsー

At each place we did shoots ＆ interviews
