I got my pelvis aligned‼︎‼︎
Just with pelvis alignment, it’s harder for my body to gain weight so, I really feel like it’s really important for a body’s balance～‼︎
And then, of course swelling‼︎
For some reason lately I get swollen easily, my face and legs would swell and my body would feel heavy…
I’d get depressed thinking, “I’m getting fat huh,” but the sensei told me,”That’s swelling！” and to handle the swelling, I got a face massage, and leg massage, and learned ways I could do it myself too and, it was reaaally refressssshing
This is, amazing
I even got a head massage so, that night I sleep soooooundly *(^o^)/*
Those needing body revitalization I recommend it
