Today,

For an afternoon tea☆,

I ate snacksー

mizu-manjuu and♪
wasabi-mochi-manjuu♪♪

it was yummy(●’ｗ’●)

Usually, I’m about cakes and macarons

I loーーve western sweets but

Last night,

I thought, “I’ll eat just one,” and ate a karintou, a fried dough cake…

Saw a maguro tuna deconstruction show ＼(^o^)／ [みんな:04] [みんな:05] [みんな:06]

The maguro Sayumi saw on the maguro deconstruction show was,

a 58 kilo… [みんな:07]

Maguro is amazing huh [みんな:08]

Their body is really packed [みんな:09] [みんな:10] [みんな:11]

I had seen that before on TV and stuff but,

it was my first time sweeing a deconstruction show live,

it was pretty funー [みんな:12]

If it’s maguro,

I like the chuutoro, the medium fatty meatー [みんな:13]

Long ago,

I liked the ootoro the fatty unbelly meat but…

as I grew older, I got to like the chuutoro （lol）

Sayumi, when she gets to be about Mom age,

When I went to go eat Chinese food [みんな:02]

enoki butter and
okonomiyaki and

For the okonomiyaki, besides sauce and mayonnaise,

Well！ This ＤＶＤ！ During the concert…

Is just chasing Sayumi the whoーーーle time！！＼(^o^)／

Even when I’m not singing, the whoーle time, when I’m facing the back it’s me from behind too…（*≧▽≦）

There are moments when I think this is kinda embarrasssing though…（lol）

More than that,

Watching this ＤＶＤ, I remembered…

On that day,

it’s the day my leg seemed to crampppp

That said…

Although,

for the first half I’m smiling, having fun,

From around the medley I’m not smiling….

My muscle pain has fiiiiinnally been healeー＼(^o^)／

It hurt〜☆

When your body hurts it becomes a hinderance on living huh！！

My arms hurt so
I couldn’t even open a plastic bottle （lol）

And the muscle pain pain isn’t particularly from poor health either though！

My body was hurting, I was really sluggish…

It’s really sucks huh (ーдー；)

Health is number 1☆ I really think that！

When you’re not healthy, it’s takes effort to
do something fun and
