Just recently, every day has been rehearsals

Now, my own body just won’t get it！

First, after the spring tour ended,
I hadn’t really done any severe exercise at all until recently so,
my body’s rusty

Well, getting unrusty,
the significant amount of activity is something Sayumi can’t do！ lol

And….

I got sunburned

My body is red…

And….

My bangs are long

A botherーーーー

This has just been talk about how I should cut it though lol

This morning, I watched the world cup Japan match

As for the results of the match, it was unfortunate but,
The Japan representatives were amazing！！

Good Morning

Yesterday,
I alone in Akihabara
had a Hello!Sho Event

Hello!Sho is,
the Hello！Project Goods selling shop

Entering the dressing room, there was a welcomeーー plate handwritten by the Hello!Sho staff？

Waーi

I was happy to have it！
Thank you so much

And, at the event！
I totally did nothing but talk！！！

Michishige Sayumi 150 Questions！

That is, with questions from everyone, over the course of three events, I answered 150 questions

It was funーーーーーー

Each was a 45 minute event but,
before I knew it each one went over an hour you know（lol）

Talking is fuーーーn

But, it took quite a bit of my strength （lol）

ButBut, the first

second

and third

Each and Aーll of them！ They were a really fun time

Lots of talking, those things everyone asked, the warm atmosphere, it was all really delightfulー

Yesterday, Mom bought me cake

Mille-feuille you know, the first time I ate it was
when I was an elementary schooler
When Grandpa-chan and Big sis-chan and I, the three of us went into a cafe,
