well, the correct spelling of “Saba ?” is “Ca va ?”. I would say that “Are you having fun ?” is not the first meaning. The very first one is, after a greeting word, literally “Are you in a good mood ?”. The second one, used in dangerous situations, is “Are you okay ?”. Then, “Are you having fun ?” comes but it’s more rarely used and sometimes used for mocking the person. Apart from that, the answer “Très bien” is very good. :)
