Yesterday, training my abs, I did sit-ups so, my abs today hurt.

And

I did push-up toos, since doing them my, the muscle around my collarbone hurtsー！

The other day on your blog, you wrote that you were doing sit-ups between practice but Gakisan how do you do sit-ups？

Lately I found it out but, more than just doing sit-ups, add your arms in and how you bend but, sit-ups hurt huh！

And so, more so noticing that, I do push ups, and after do as many sit-ups as I can. For the sit-ups, do it while lifting your legs I think (^_^)
