Yesterday, training my abs, I did sit-ups so, my abs today hurt.
And
I did push-up toos, since doing them my, the muscle around my collarbone hurtsー!
This effective feeling is irresistibly greatーー




Today, I’m gotta do it more and moreー



Well, doing it every day has gotten fun

Summer’s coming too…
I want to go to the beach too so, I need to shape up huh!!
