Today there was practice too, so I thought I’d make a meal skipping steps…
At home I had the ingredients for Mapodoufu you know
Thinking that, I went to buy tofu and ground meat and come back…
but well… there was none！！！
Ohーnoー！
with that thought, I hurrily made original Mapodoufu
Cooking the ground meat and onion, putting in gochujang, raayu,
garlic, ginger, raayu, japanese peppers, and sake
I made it paーーyaーーーn
It feels like you can’t really tell by the appearance but
