Continuing from the shiso-potato chips earlier…

 

A mail from Big sis-chan.

 

“I feel like it’s most successful cooking recently.
Try it out I seriously recommend it

I responded.

 

“When you put oil on shiso it gets soaked though, if you eat it wrapped in fresh shiso it’s essentially crunchier than shiso tempura, yummy.
It’s my special dish

 

 

that’s what she said(lol)

 

Is it really okay to call this cooking? HA

 

But, with sis-chan’s history, suggesting something like this is great for everyone too so I’m giving it out, please try it(lol)
