The cant say part is a little bit misleading I think. I was quite surprised when I read the translation as well ^^
That part seems to me more like: “Although I already said that I wanted to evaluate those two… they sing really well… their volume is great…”
There isnt really a part where she implies that there is a secret she cant share. Although I might be wrong as well, I rely on your translation to correct my own mistakes ^^
