The Nippon Budokan Performance is in 3 days
It’s different from the tour finals up to now, this time…
it’s a performance being done for the first time in 1 month
Since the Budokan performance in May, we’ve been doing the play too

I want to do a fun cool exciting tour finale
In August an Okayama performance has been decided on but, it’ll be an exchange performance so
6/23 will be THE INSPIRATION!’s tour final！！
With the Okayama performance, there’s been postponements, and we caused a lot of you trouble, we’re sorry.

Today together with Ayumin, and Kuduー
we went to a preview screening of 「Gintama」〜(*´꒳`*)
I laughed a lot.
Muro Tsuyoshi-san, Satou Jiro-san are strong, of course！！
There were lots of gags of course, and lots of action scenes too, it was cool！
For me, Shinpachi and Okita Sougo are not different from how I imagine them, they’re just like that！ Amazing！
Of course it being a live action version, there was probably a lot of research you know, that’s something I respect！
Especially because for Gintama it’s being established by the manga image and the anime image！
And Kagura being performed by Hashimoto Kanna-chan was so cute(*´◒`*)♡
Gintama like, on the edge of safe, no perhaps it’s out isn’t it！？ lol
there’s lots of that kind of jokes too ╰(*´︶`*)╯♡
It was funnyーーー☆
That movie version of 「Gintama」 is opening ７/１４☆
After the movie, we went shopping in Harajuku〜( ^ω^ )♪
On Takeshita Street, they finished a STYLE NANDA yahー！
Up to now in ZOZOTOWN, I was buying STYLE NANDA goods and 3CE cosmetics but, they ended up not having them anymore you know (T_T)
And then, last year, when we went to South Korea, going to Myeong-dong’s STYLE NANDA it had just gone under remodeling and I couldn’t buy any (T_T)
And so, it being done in Harajuku made me happy♪
For today, I bought １ plain Ｔshirt♡
I’m gonna take a scissors to itー♪
I think I’m gonna wear it tomorrow so, please look at WEAR kay〜╰(*´︶`*)╯♡
Well！ For today, I think I’ll watch the TV show 「Rikugaikuu Konna Jikan ni Chikyuu Seifuku Suru Nante」 [tl approx: Land, Sea, and Air How About Conquering the Globe In This Time！]

I’ve gone to itー！
For the day after the first time I went the other day, with muscle pains
I was suffering but, with just that it was effective so
It made me happy！
And, instructor Suzuki-san
Very courteous and kindly taught me so
it feels like I can keep having fun, it’s a relief (´▽`)ho
Suzuki-san is 26, and loves sweets but
has self-control, and body builds he said
I gotta keep doing it firmly too huh！
After I finished I got amino acids too！
This is, fat burning amino acid,
drinking it 15 minutes before moving around, is good for you it seems！
And you know, for people who drink alcohol, this

I wentー！！
this time I did the ab machine and
store manager Miku-chan’s hand massage loosening！！！
During the ab machine, Macchi-chan came along but
This
just doing it for 20 minutes, it seems I’ll do 400 sit-ups！！
For sure the feeling from the inside of it “Gyuー” tightening
was amazing！！
but, finishing then measuring my waist,
I wasn’t concerned with how many centimeters it could’ve thinned out by in 20 minutes so
it was surprising！
I’m trining my lower back too so people with back pain and stuff
and for people who have pelvis misalignment too, I recommend it！！
For me, I easily get my pelvis out of alignment so
here using this machine,
it’s more comfortable on my back so
it’s the best！
Properly getting advice
and talking,
20 minutes went in a flash (￣▽￣)
