For my meals, basically once a day for 1 meal at some point
I’ll eat the food I like！

That, happens in the afternoon
and happens at night too♡

And doing that much exercise,
Whle being careful I hope to continue this long term

Yesterday I had work far into the evening so,

On the way home we made a reservation and went to eatー…

My husband said, 「Maybe Okonomiyakiー？」 so

We went to an Okonomiyaki place♡

Okonomiyaki with yakisoba in it！

My husband’s plate was a heap （lol）

For me I only had a mouthful of okonomiyaki

Yesterday doing the prep work I fried the fried things,
and made the fried eggs✩

Seeing my husband off, until I had work too, I gotta do
