Yesterday, training my abs, I did sit-ups so, my abs today hurt.

And

I did push-up toos, since doing them my, the muscle around my collarbone hurtsー！

This effective feeling is irresistibly greatーー

Today, I’m gotta do it more and moreー

Well, doing it every day has gotten fun

Summer’s coming too…

I want to go to the beach too so, I need to shape up huh！！

★From this month I’ve started living together with my Brazilian boyfriend of about ８ years as a preamble to our marriage. Speaking of Brazilian, when summer comes around, it’s just barbecues beaches (><) For me my stomach gets all puyopuyo flabby and fatty, my goal is is to break it down with sit-ups and thin out my thighs, it’s a dream. The other day on your blog, you wrote that you were doing sit-ups between practice but Gakisan how do you do sit-ups？

Lately I found it out but, more than just doing sit-ups, add your arms in and how you bend but, sit-ups hurt huh！

And so, more so noticing that, I do push ups, and after do as many sit-ups as I can. For the sit-ups, do it while lifting your legs I think (^_^)

This summer I totally want to do Disney’s Cool and Refreshing Inspiration againnn！

★For me yesterday, trusting a nail model, I got my first gel nails！
But I was indecisive, I couldn’t settle on a design (´･_･`)
(In the end I picked from the samples but)
