Don’t blame us… blame the man who decide to tattle on us to our home. He aimed for something and hit something else, that’s all I’ll say.
I’m not surprised someone would retaliate in that fashion, it was clearly offensive to some people and was directly on the front page.
In many senses the battle lines were drawn. Please just don’t spin some passive agressive positioning decision as rejection of the general Hyakupa fan public.
Would I stand together with someone who would rat the site out over a poll of that nature, no. But would I side with a decision to shut the whole site down in a rather childish exercise because people didn’t understand both the approach of the poll and the positioning of those inside part of the website so haphazardly playing with fire while understating how a fun poll actually became the string that unraveled the entire unit…
Billy, this guy filed a complaint against us to our webhost who then gave us a choice between either taking the site down ourselves or have them do it. Leaving the site up was never an option.
Yea I just caught wind of that,
with that knowledge it does change things a little. But still the fight was created internally through bad communication and condescension.
