What I’ve been eating every morning lately
that is…
Natto!!
In the natto, on top of that I mince ginger in and miーーーx
That’s what I’m eating.
Since doing this my stomachs been in good condition too. That’s how it feels.
The left is curry but, I made it natto curry.
If it’s morning, plenty curry rice is good but, if it’s night time just making the rice portion natto is instantly healthier, but it builds up in your stomach so it’s the BESTーyon♪
When coming home from abroad what is the first thing you want to eat? That questions come up but,
