A girl’s eternal issue
Diet.(*¨*)♡umu
But doing an impossible diet
you can’t keep it up
and you’ll end up rebounding and stuff too so(T ^ T)
what I’ve been trying is this
In the morning, fruits and yogurt is fine they say♡
And then
before eating in the afternoon
body experience training
for just 3 and half minutes
In the afternoon eating anyーthing I like is fine♡٩(。•ω•。)وlucky
Then in the evening
I’m a little careful
but drinking alcohol is OK♡
I’m in the middle of testing this right now♡
Sometimes in the morning
when I can eat fruits
which happens a lot I end up drinking this kinda stuff
This is yummy♡
This is about 138kcal or so too so,
in the mornings, one of these makes my stomach bulge♡
Yogurt and
fruits are good for the skin too
