The other day by chance I drank some red shiso juice, I heard it’s ｢pollen allergy prevention？｣
Looking it up, it had thing that can alleviate the problem ー

tomato yogurt lotus root black vinegar things like that, there’s other foodstuffs that can alleviate problems
