Today before practice, I had plans to go to yoga so
In the morning
I drank soup with plenty of ginger
And to yoga!
For today, hormone yoga.
Making poses that were like flowing stretches
I’m sweating doing it so,
it felt really great,
my body really warmed up so
I felt more up before practice
it was the best♡

It felt great!
