⑰Lalala no Pipipi
Recorded for Morning Musume。’s 13th Original Album 『⑬ Colorful Character』, its my solo song.
The lyrics are very cute but, actually there’s a bit of a sad part too.
Just, when I first heard this song, at the start of the song for a while it was all just 『La』 and 『Pi』 lyrics was shocking （lol）
Now I couldn’t think of any other lyrics for it but, at first it was really surprising.

 

And you know, it’s probably true but, I have a story I haven’t said anywhere up until now〜（lol）
After singing 『Lalala no Pipipipi』 the chorus voices come in but, actually there’s just a little secret there,
After the first 『Lalalaーlaー noー Pipipipiー』, it’s 『Sayu-chan♩』, after the next 『LalalaーlaーnoーPipipipiー』 it’s 『Party Party♩』, that’s me singing （lol）
That’s right. It’s even more 『Sayu-chan party』！！！
Everyone, did you realize that？？？
Those of you who have heard this song up to now, those who haven’t I want you to try listening to it again thinking about that.

 

And, the real pleasure of this song of anything is！
At lives the 『Kawaii ko wa？ Pipipi』 part, it’s the part that has all the fans saying, 『Kawaii ko wa？』『SAYUMINーー！！』！
This, at the time, before recording, I was practicing outloud at home, and after I said 『Kawaii ko wa？』 immediately Big Sis-chan went 『SAYUMINーー！！』, At first I was like, 『That’s funny！』 but, in turn she went, 『Eh？ This yell is great right！？ Get all the fans to say it too！』 That’s how it went, and going that way I asked that of everyone yah.
From there everytime my request is answered and all the fans say 『SAYUMINーー！！』, I love you all♡

 

From the bottom of my heart I love this song. It’s precious. And so, for all my life I’ll be singing 『Lalala no Pipipi』 for sure.
And everyone too all your life I want to get you to say 『Kawaii ko wa？』『Sayuminーー！！』 for me♡

⑯Shabadaba Du～
Morning Musume。’14;s 57th Single, and my Morning Musume。 Graduation Single Solo Song.
I’ve said it often but, this sog too, when I first saw the lyrics, I thought, 『How！？ Tsunku♂san, Do you know my feelings！？』.
Especially the, 『That time we met〜(…)〜I was actually just sleepy』 that part,
『Eh！？ Did that leak！？』 I remember being a little flustered （lol）
And that at the same time he was again really looking at me well you know, I felt that.

 

And this song, I sing it with a whisper voice whispering.
Actually, at the time of the recording, at first I sang it with my usual voice to it. Singing for around 3 hours total, 『My last single, I sang all outーー！』 thinking that, Tsunku♂san said, 『Ah we should try singing it in a whisper voice yah！』 he proposed it, I was a little shocked but （lol） in my approximately 12 years in Morning Musume。, it’s like this all the time, Tsunku♂san, with everything one by one, without compromise he’d point things out, he’d kindly give advice. I’m filled with gratitude for it.
Actually at the time, listening to it and comparing it myself, the whisper voice was more 『like me』 brought out in full force, I felt that. I got to take a cute MV too, it was supremely delightful！

I love this song！ 
For the original, Morning Musume。’s 31st Single song with all the members but,
『Walking but, I like it！ I love it！ I love love love it』 I said that all over, I said that all over, in the best album 『The Best！～Updated Morning Musume。～』 I got sing it as a solo songs. It really made me happy. It was a moment where I thought from my heart that I should say I like the things I like.

 

The hook’s lyrics, 『You’re not alone, everyone is here』, my feelings are just that of my 17 self when I encountered this song.
In those days, me in Morning Musume。 didn’t stand out at all, and for that I’d worry about it for days but, when I got to sing the song in lives, 『Aa, there are people who are watching me at the edge, I’m not alone, do my best』 I felt that.
『You’re not alone, everyone is here』 That’s right, I, I’m not alone. alright, I’ll do my best！ 17 year old me felt that from my heart.
Really, these lyrics, this song, it saved me so much, so much I don’t know how much.
I feel it’s the theme song for my life so, it’s a song I wouldn’t leave out of this memorial album.

⑭It’s You
A song recorded for Morning Musume。’s 9th Original Album 『Platinum 9 DISC』.
And this song was my first solo song in my life！
At the time, I had the 『I’m cute』 character so, for a solo song, I’m coming out with a lovely style song？ I had arbitrarily imagined that but, unbelievably, it’s a arrogant sexy style！
I was surprised but, in a me at the time way, seriously, I faced the song and sang it recklessly.
At the time doing performance at lives, I challenged and experimented a lot with maturity and sexiness too.
And, at lives as backup dancers, Takahashi Aichan and Kamei Eri-chan did it with me but, it seemed like the 2 backup dancers were more attractive than the me singing with the mic alone in the center, what can I do to 『catch people’s eyes』… I worried about it a lot, I thought about it frantically.
Not doing that well, at rehearsals I cried often you know （lol）
But, with that timing, the me that time enoucnting this song, I feel I got to grow a lot from it. I’m grateful from my heart to Tsunku♂san.
